يعتمد معهد اللغة الإنجليزية التابع لجامعة الأمير محمد بن فهد على التكنولوجيا الداعمة لاسلوب التعلم التفاعلي المدمج. فطريقتنا في تعليم اللغة تدمج بين تجربة التدريب بتقنيات الحاسب و تجربة التعلم التفاعلي المباشر أي في المختبر أو في الصف. و يضمن هذا التنوع في أساليب التعليم وصول أوسع قدر من المعلومات اللغوية لأكبر عدد من الطلاب في أقصر وقت ممكن. هدفنا هو توفير أفضل برامج تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية لتطوير تعلم اللغة كمهارة تفيد الطالب في مسيرته المهنية و العلمية. و قد برهنت هذه المقاربة عن نجاح في جذب انتباه الطالب طوال الفترة اللازمة لاكتساب اللغة. فهذا النظام التعليمي المبتكر يفوق طرق التدريس التقليدية التي تعتمد على الكتاب بدلاً من تقنيات الحاسب ، و ذلك خاصة في ما يتعلق بالمستويات المبتدئة. إن طريقتنا المتعددة الوسائل و المرتكزة على اكساب المهارات تتوافق وأحدث اكتشافات علم الخلايا الدماغية ، وهي مدعمة بتجارب عملية كثيرة. لذلك فبرامجنا لا تهدف فقط إلى اكساب الطالب مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية، بل تساعده على تحقيق مستويات علمية عالية و تطورات على المستوى المهني والشخصي على حد سواء.
